Good morning. We are really feeling the summer heat this week. I hope you all get to work indoors this week. For those of you who have to be outdoors or have crews outdoors make sure you hydrate.
Congress returned yesterday after a brief summer break. Both the House and Senate will be working on what the next COVID-19 aid package will look like as they are scheduled to recess on August 10 – September 8, 2020, though there has been speculation they may stay in Washington, DC until they have passed the next aid package.
