Good morning. As we officially started summer on June 20, 2020, we did so with yet another alarming week of the COVID-10 Pandemic. The CDC reports nationwide cases at 2,248,029 with the death toll at 119,615. SCDHEC reports 25,666 cases with 659 deaths. Since SCDHEC started reporting, last week has been the worst on record. South Carolina has been in the news as a hot spot, and the Governor and SCDHEC are calling on South Carolina citizens to do their part to slow the spread.
