Sinclair & Associates is an engineering, architecture, land surveying and project management firm with two offices in South Carolina. Coastal, South Carolina Office

Division Manager, who is experienced and proficient in detail design work. Candidate should have good communication and organizational skills, ability to supervise and provide guidance relate largely to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, staffing and policy matters. Responsibilities include:
• Day-to-day operations of the office as well as long term planning.
• Enhance the value for the stockholders while promoting a positive career advancement path for the company’s associates.
• Sales, company management and project management.
• Maintains and evaluates the schedule and budget for each project by reviewing weekly project reports
• Works closely with the Corporate Office to oversee the financial operations of the company, including preparation of the operating budget

Requirements
Experienced and proficient in detail design work. Good communication and organizational skills, ability to supervise and provide guidance. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in or equivalent and be a licensed professional with at least 7 years experience.

Salary commensurate depending on education, qualifications and experience.

Upstate, South Carolina office

Senior Civil Engineer, Registered Civil Engineer with 3+ years experience in civil design for residential and commercial projects.  Working knowledge of AutoCAD required and Eagle Point software helpful.  Responsibilities include:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina.

Structural Department Manager - Candidate will manage the day-to-day operations and staff of the Building Services Department.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 5 years experience in related field.  Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required. 

We have the experience and staff to follow a project from the initial planning stages through construction. We offer full surveying, planning and design services, including civil, structural and architectural, as well as construction contract administration. By being involved in all aspects of the project, we are often able to circumvent problems and recommend cost-cutting measures.
